Shipping Policy

Operation Days

Your custom order will be processed and fulfilled Monday through Saturday. Orders received on Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Shipping Date

The shipping date provided is an estimate only, where orders could arrive few days earlier or later based on production capacity and typical material lead times. While we strive to meet all deadlines, the date is not guaranteed and may be subjected to minor changes. We will provide tracking number once your order is shipped.

Shipping Options

Domestic: Our standard shipping option for all orders within Malaysia is Pos Laju (Pos Malaysia). International: We deliver worldwide! International orders kindly take extra days to process. International orders are shipped via Redly Express (Pos Malaysia’s international shipping service). Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout according to the destination country. Please note that customers are responsible for any custom duties, tax or charges by the destination country.

Order Changes

Carefully check all specifications before finalizing your purchase. Since your bowstring is custombuilt to order, your payment confirmation serves as the final approval to begin production. Due to this reason, orders cannot be adjusted or canceled once payment has been processed. If you do need to request a change, kindly email us at justringsbowstrings@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will check the production status and let you know if an adjustment can still be made.

Returns

Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are non-cancellable. We only accept returns or offer replacements if the item is damaged or defective at the time of delivery, or order fulfilment mistake such as significantly different specifications from your confirmed order. You must provide clear evidence of photographs or video footage of the defects/ errors. We will review your claim and determine eligibility for a return or replacement within 5 business days.
